Terms and Conditions

  1. Open Enrolment: Membership applications are accepted year-round.
  2. Upgrading Membership: Members may apply to move to a higher tier (e.g., Silver to Gold). Downgrades will only be considered under exceptional circumstances upon approval by the Legal & Administration Committee.
    • Submit updated documentation for vetting
    • Top-up any registration and subscription fee difference
  3. Annual Membership Cycle: Membership runs on a calendar year basis (January to December).
  4. Code of Conduct: All members must submit a signed Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics upon joining.
  5. Flexible Payments: Fees can be paid in full or in instalments, which must be cleared within three (3) months. Membership documents will be issued only after full payment.
